Coffee has always had a big place in people’s inner and outer worlds.
In our culture, coffee is a language by itself.
In my fifty-year life adventure, I have come to this day with the experiences of being a producer, manager and a leader of ideas.
As a woman who believes that the path of love and affection goes directly to the heart, today;
I say it’s time for “Coffee for the Heart”.
I am eager for your precious conversations that open the door of your heart, and your delicious pleasure…
ESRA BAYRAM
Blended from high-quality Brazilian Arabica coffee beans, meticulously roasted and finely ground.
Sine is a mixture of Turkish coffee, terebinth, mastic gum, hot chocolate, coffee cream, whole milk powder, carob, salep and cocoa.
It is obtained by drying and grinding the fruit of the Menengiç tree, which grows naturally in Anatolia. It does not contain caffeine.
Coffee is a magical drink that stops the flow of time with a single sip and brings people together. Discovered in Yemen in the 15th century and introduced to the Ottoman Empire by Yemen Governor Özdemir Pasha during the reign of Suleiman the Magnificent in the 16th century, coffee has settled into Turkish culture not only as a drink but also as a symbol of conversation, friendship and peace. Coffeehouses in Istanbul have become places where thoughts are shared, poems are read and dreams are made, away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Turkish coffee offers the art of slowly enjoying life by gently cooking finely ground coffee beans with water and sugar in a cezve. In 2013, UNESCO accepted Turkish coffee as an Intangible Cultural Heritage.
Today, a cup of Turkish coffee is not just a drink, it carries the scent of the past, the warmth of friendship and the depth of culture.
Gönül kapısını açtıran hatırlı muhabbetlere keyifle.
